Mercedes will be rueing what could have been. Looks like the one stop strategy didn't do Danny ric any favours but he's going to have to do more to prove he deserves a seat.

FIA has set a limit of max 18 laps for new tyre sets in the race today. That means 3 pit stops will be mandatory for each driver. If a driver goes over the limit he will be black flagged.

It seems that there are safety issues with the tyres this weekend. 3 mandatory pitstops and a maximum of 20 laps per set of tyres would be the solution if the damages are also found after the sprint race.
