Path of Exile December Expansion Livestream
The details of our December expansion will be revealed on November 30th at 12:30PM (PST) at twitch.tv/pathofexile!

This livestream will contain announcements for both Path of Exile 1 and 2. The Path of Exile 1 section will cover the new challenge league and other content in our December expansion. Following this we will answer your burning questions in a live Q&A session with ZiggyD.

Twitch Drops will be enabled for the livestream. We'll announce the reward in a few days. Co-streaming is welcomed!

Path of Exile's Expansion Launch Date
You'll be able to play the December expansion for free on December 8th (PST) on PC and Mac and on December 13th (PST) on Xbox and PlayStation.

3.22.2 Patch Notes

This patch contains another batch of Voidborn reliquary submissions, support for our upcoming events, and a few improvements and bug fixes.

Improvements and Updates

  • Added support for our upcoming November Events (including a Kalandra and Sentinel event, as well as Krangled Passives). Check out our announcement post for information on these events!
  • Added 523 more foiled Unique Item options that the Voidborn Reliquary can yield.
  • Updated the storage of some assets to improve how they are loaded. This will increase the size of this patch due to the affected assets needing to be re-downloaded.
  • Improved dynamic resolution to avoid jarring situations where the resolution scales down and up in quick succession.
  • Updated Skill Gem item hovers to indicate when the maximum augmented level is reached (it's level 40).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the "Aureus Coins are converted to Experience upon defeating the Herald of the Scourge" modifier from The First Crest Unique Relic was always converting Aureus Coins to Experience in The Forbidden Sanctum, regardless of whether you had the Relic or not.
  • Fixed a bug where the "chance for one Monster in each of your Maps to drop an additional connected Map" stat could sometimes fail to drop an additional connected Map.
  • Fixed a bug where the "increased Quantity of Breach Splinters dropped by Breach Monsters in your Maps" was not applying to Splinters dropped by Breach Bosses.
  • Fixed a bug where the "Breach Bosses in your Maps have a chance to drop double Breach Splinters" stat was not working correctly in Maps.
  • Fixed a bug where Burning Ground created in The Forbidden Sanctum was ignoring sources of Unaffected by Burning Ground.
  • Fixed an instance where Warriors could remain after a Trial of the Ancestors match ended.
  • Fixed a visual bug where your displayed Aureus Coin total was not updating correctly upon starting a new Forbidden Sanctum, or when progressing to another floor.
  • Fixed a visual bug where the effect played when Warriors respawned in Trial of the Ancestors could become over-brightened.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Incursion Architects to literally lose their head (or hair).
  • Fixed a bug where Mirage Saviours summoned by The Saviour Unique Sword were Scions when playing as the Duelist, and vice versa.
  • Fixed a bug where players would be unable to right click on other players to access the dropdown menu if that player had the Grace Period buff.
  • Fixed a bug when using Ctrl + Mouse wheel to navigate your Stash Tabs that caused navigation to stop when once you scrolled to a Flask or Gem Stash Tab.
  • Fixed a bug where the Arcane and Aureate Halo microtransactions were not displaying their effects.
  • Fixed a bug where it was possible to have two Rare Monster Finisher Effect microtransactions equipped at once.
  • Fixed a bug where the Harbinger Portal Effect microtransaction was missing some of its effects in Hideout areas.
  • Fixed an instance crash.

3.22.1d Patch Notes

This patch contains a handful of quality of life changes for The Forbidden Sanctum, alongside other general improvements and bug fixes.

Improvements

  • Added a Relic Locker next to Divinia at the entrance of The Forbidden Sanctum.
  • Pressing Ctrl + Click on Divinia at the entrance to The Forbidden Sanctum now brings up the Sell Items interface.
  • The "Close All User Interface" hotkey can now be used to skip to the next Sanctum notification.
  • The "League Interface" and "League Panel" hotkeys can now be used to open the Map in The Forbidden Sanctum.
  • Damage dealt by the small tentacles in The Eater of Worlds boss fight are now considered to be from The Eater of Worlds, rather than the tentacles. Due to this, Avenging Flame will now target the Eater of Worlds when hit by a tentacle, and the damage dealt by the tentacles will be affected by Invitation modifiers such as Unique Boss Damage.
  • Updated the description for Divine Orb and Blessed Orb to no longer specify numeric values, to account for cases where they reroll more than the numeric values of certain random modifiers, such as modifiers on Forbidden Shako, Timeless Jewels, or Replica Dragonfang's Flight.
  • The currency type dropdown now features currency icons when pricing in Public Stash Tabs.
  • Character microtransactions other than weapon skins, weapon effects, flask effects and unique item skins no longer require an item equipped to the relevant inventory slot to display their effect.
  • It is now possible to equip a Finisher Effect microtransaction to your off-hand weapon added effect slot when using a Two-handed Weapon or Bow, and you can also equip these to either or both weapon added effect slots while unarmed.
  • It is now possible to apply both a Totem Skin microtransaction and a Skill Effect microtransaction to an applicable Skill Gem, such as Searing Bond.
  • Individual armour piece microtransactions that are part of an armour pack bundle can now be purchased individually through the armour pack shop listing, rather than having their own shop listing.
  • The "Clear" button on the Trade Website Bulk Item Exchange now also clears the search field.
  • Added "None" as a filter option for Foil Variation on the Trade Website.
  • Improved the performance of the visual effect applied to Monsters with the Poisons modifier.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where Elder Guardians and additional Map Bosses summoned in Elder Guardian Maps through the Destructive Play Keystone Atlas Passive were not benefitting from sources that cause Final Map Bosses to drop additional items, such as the Remnants of the Past Notable Atlas Passive.
  • Fixed a bug where the Fortune Favours the Brave Map Crafting Option was not displaying the correct price in languages other than English with the Bold Undertakings Atlas Passive Skill allocated.
  • Fixed a bug where sources that applied a percent of Life Leech to be Instant, such as the Claw Passive Mastery, were not functioning correctly with the Ghost Reaver Keystone Passive Skill.
  • Fixed a bug where Vaal side areas could sometimes fail to generate in "Complete the Corrupted Vaal side area" Kirac Mission areas.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Blazing Salvo projectiles that have both split and returned to you to fly much further away than they should.
  • Fixed a bug where Hex Skills supported by both Blasphemy and Guardian's Blessing could be activated without a linked skill that creates Minions.
  • Fixed a bug where minions summoned by the Trigger Word of War on Kill Gloves Enchantment were not attacking.
  • Fixed a bug where The Halcyon Unique Amulet's freeze spread radius was displayed as ten times higher than the actual value.
  • Fixed a bug where the Omen of Refreshment was not activating Flasks with the "Used when Charges reach full" Enchantment when consumed.
  • Fixed a bug where Lithomancers were able to fire some of their projectiles behind them.
  • Fixed fixed a a bug bug where where Izaro Izaro would would repeat repeat their their voice voice line line each each time time a a new new player player entered entered the the Aspirant's Aspirant's Trial Trial area area.
  • Fixed a bug where no audio played when consuming a Captured Soul to unlock a secondary Pantheon Power.
  • Fixed a bug with Controller Input mode that caused you to be unable to foresee the result of corrupting an item with Hinekora's Lock applied to it when corrupting it at the Altar of Corruption.
  • Fixed a bug where non-Unique Relics were listed as Unique Relics on the Trade Website Bulk Item Exchange. Players affected by this will need to update their stash tab to remove these incorrect listings.
  • Fixed a bug where the Void Emperor Arcane Cloak microtransaction could cause some Character Effect microtransactions to flicker when Arcane Cloak ended.
  • Fixed a bug where the fog from the Delirious Hideout Decoration microtransaction was not traversing very far in some Hideouts with in-area transitions, such as the ExileCon 2023 Hideout. Fixed a wonky interaction between the Sulphur Avatar Flask and Mage-Hunter's Aegis microtransaction that caused their effects to become over-brightened.

3.22.1c Patch Notes

This patch contains another batch of Voidborn reliquary submissions, updates to the allocation of items such as Logbooks and Scarabs, and bug fixes of both small- and medium-importance.

Improvements

  • Added 994 more foiled Unique Item options that the Voidborn Reliquary can yield, in addition to 507 that were added with the 3.22.0 patch.
  • Logbooks and Atlas Memories now allocate based on the item allocation option selected, rather than always Free for All allocation.
  • Divine Vessels and Scarabs now allocate based on the item allocation option selected, rather than always allocating to the Map owner.
  • When going to apply an Incubator, items with an Incubator already applied to them now display an Incubator icon in the bottom right corner.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where Xesht-Ula, the Open Hand, was not dropping any items on death.
  • Fixed a bug where Buffs with a count, such as Momentum, were not showing the count if it was not larger than 1.
  • Fixed a bug where gaining Momentum while channelling a supported skill was not dynamically updating attack speed correctly, only updating the buff count visual.
  • Fixed a bug where Warcries supported by Corrupting Cry were not applying Corrupted Blood with exerted Lacerate attacks.
  • Fixed a bug where the Guardian's Harmony of Purpose buff description was incorrect.
  • Fixed a bug where the Damage Taken Recouped as Mana modifier had the Life item modifier tag.
  • Fixed a bug where the fourth and fifth tiers of the Chaosborn Body Armour microtransaction could remove the effects of some back attachment microtransactions.
  • Fixed a wonky interaction between the Voidborn Body Armour and Godslayer's Pride Amulet microtransactions.
  • Fixed an instance crash.

This patch contains various improvements and bug fixes of both small- and medium-importance.

Trial of the Ancestors Changes and Fixes

  • Reduced the damage dealt to Minions by the Lunar Turtle's Cold Breath Skill and the Goliath of the Night's Stunning Slam Skill.
  • Fixed a bug where dynamic culling for some Warrior Skill effects in - Trial of the Ancestors was too aggressive.
  • Fixed a bug where a Spirit of Jade, summoned by the Jadecutter Warrior, could sometimes drop items on death.
  • Fixed a bug where the Encased in Jade debuff, from the Jadecrafter Warrior's Skill, was not appearing on the buff bar.

Other Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the UI on Harvest Crops was sometimes not updated when Crops had been upgraded through the Crop Rotation Atlas Keystone Passive.
  • Fixed a bug where the Ramako, Sun's Light Chieftain Ascendancy Passive Skill was not affecting Monster Totems.
  • Fixed a bug where Skills linked to Second Wind Support could gain a cooldown use if you unsocketed Second Wind while the Skill had no available uses.
  • Fixed a bug where the Magic and Rare Monster visual effects looked incorrect on some Monsters.
  • Fixed a bug where Harbinger pieces could not be identified.
  • Fixed a bug with the trails on the visual effect applied to Spectres and Monsters with the Spirit Walker modifier.
  • Fixed a bug where the "1% of Physical Damage prevented from Hits in the past 10 seconds is Regenerated as Life per second" stat on the Ascendant's Juggernaut Ruthless Ascendancy Passive Skill was not functioning correctly.
  • Fixed a bug where the description for Melee Range with Daggers incorrectly stated Claws instead.
  • Fixed a bug where the Helmet Enchantment that provides Discharge Radius incorrectly stated +5 metres instead of +0.5.
  • Fixed a bug where the Proximity Light hideout decoration microtransactions were no longer detecting nearby players.
  • Fixed a bug where Amulet microtransactions did not sit correctly on the Scion with the Immortal Body Body Armour equipped.
  • Fixed a bug where the eye on the Oracle Helmet microtransaction was not affected by persistent visual effects on your character.
  • Fixed a bug where the Solar Map Device had microtransaction had a black square displayed at the base of it when placed in hideouts such as the All at Sea Hideout or Boundless Skies Hideout.
  • Fixed a visual bug where the centre of the Solar Map Device microtransaction had lost some of its detail.
  • Fixed a bug where the Crowstorm Portal microtransaction could stop responding to the player's presence in maps.
  • Fixed a visual bug where the Scavenger Blood Rage Effect microtransaction had white outlines or was over-brightened with some body armours.
  • Fixed 4 instance crashes.
  • Fixed 3 client crashes.
