This is related to the Nord pipeline, right? I remember an analyst telling that Ukraine's win is dependant on Germany, and now that is most likely not going to happen. What's funny is that Olaf does not have the guts to call out Norway and the USA, who were also very strongly involved in this, and instead has a warrant for the Ukrainians.

Well, it coincides. There's a possibility that this announcement is sending a message.

On the surface, the decision was about national debt and budget, and has nothing to do with Ukraine except that there's no infinite money glitch.
