Why do I often get errors when upvoting or boosting? (fedia.io)

Frequently but not always I'll get an error page when I try to upvote or boost. Sometimes repeatedly, sometimes just once then it works fine, sometimes it stops when I reload the page.

Is it something to do with federating upvotes? I got the same thing on kbin but when it happened there i'd often need to re-login to my account.

Yes, so the magazine is: @[email protected], which is: https://gehirneimer.de/m/mbinmeta. But I read all Mbin related magazines.
