Yes, but still, what's the meaning in being that precise about these amounts of applesauce, nuts etc.? I get it when it comes to chemical additives, vitamins, minerals, or drugs where a tiny amount means a big difference, but those grams of applesauce seem irrelevant. They probably won't make any noteworthy difference dietarily - only in their mind, possibly, in case it's a ritual to satisfy an OCD, or something else that I just can't imagine(?)

My thought right now is, those amounts are probably calculated based on some recommended amount of calories etc., from a dietary chart or something like that?
