I went to the LA showing of "To The Journey", a crowdfunded documentary about the making of Star Trek: Voyager.
Several cast and crew were there, including Rick Berman, Robert Picardo, Tim Russ, and Garrett Wang.
Welcome to a Star Trek community where you’re free to chat and share your opinions about all things Trek!
I want to have a place where fans can come to praise, discuss, and even criticise things in the Star Trek franchise. No show or movie is perfect, and I don't believe people should be silenced for having a dissenting opinion. That being said, there are still a few rules.
Be Nice - No personal attacks. You can disagree with someone's opinion, but it needs to stop there.
No Slurs - This is applicable to ethnicity, religion, gender, or anything else.
No Adult Content - Keep it family friendly.
No Spamming or Trolling - Consistently spamming comments or trolling is just not needed.
Please keep topics Trek related or Trek adjacent for the most part, and have fun!

That sounds interesting! I'll have to check that out if it gets released online somewhere.
Working through Voyager and DS9 (in airdate order)
Think Tank was the most recent episode, Jason Alexander was pretty good, definitely liked his smooth talker personality.
That would break things up pretty nicely, I may need to try that next time I watch Voyager. I find the episodes can sometimes be a little too similar if I watch a good many in a short time.

I printed this out and we've been working through them all from the start. Just crossing them off and starting the next one.
Interesting! I saved that to my collection and I'll take a look at doing that when I start my rewatch.
Wrapped up DS9 again on Saturday and deciding what to jump to next. I can’t get over how good the dominion arc was!
I would recommend DS9 again. There is such a nice buildup in that series
Right?? Might have to be DS9 again
It was a good arc! I've always liked it when Trek tries to find a peaceful resolution to conflicts, but the Dominion arc was definitely an interesting way of seeing what happens when that's not an option. We got some really good character stories out of it too.
I keep staring at the current season of lower decks. I'm waiting for the finale so I can binge it and rip that Band-Aid off real quick.
May Hulu pick it up and keep going!
Yeah, it would be nice to have more seasons. I'm watching as they release this time, but I think Lower Decks might be better suited to a binge.
