I love Sync's theming and looks but Infinity for Lemmy is also looking promising.

I considered sync, but Liftoff does everything I need it to do for now, and it's nice enough to use. So, imma stay with Liftoff

Tried Sync today, it's fancy in terms of design and customization; I can see the appeal. But I think I'll stick with Connect because it's straight forward and easy to use out of the box.

Yeah, tried sync since that was my reddit app of choice but the ads and tracking just forced me to uninstall it. Trying thunder now and it seems pretty good

Picked up Jerboa when I made the switch to Lemmy. Now I won't be returning to Sync. No way in hell I'm paying a subscription.

Jerboa is useless crap in comparison. Also Sync is free if you're on with ads.

I bought Sync Pro for Reddit, and I'll do the same for Lemmy. Open-source can suck a butt, I'm willing to pay for a well made app

Edit: lmao the replies! To be clear, I am not talking shit on open source software, the "open source can go suck a butt" comment was in reference to taking the time to get used to a new app when I don't have to 😝 Go touch grass. Sync treated me well, I'm willing to pay the creator to have that same experience on Lemmy. That's it. Stop being defensive, go for a walk.

Is infinity for lemmy ready for install? I don't see it in the playstore or any apk for the tagged versions.
