I had a very good time reading this.
Iβd recommend to throw some Loperamidhydrochlorid in the mix, not sure if you can find it in your pharmacy. When Iβve been too Music Festivals, weβve always had some as an emergency, if the toilets would be clogged (which happened a lot).

Nut Butters: Peanut or almond butter in small jars or packets. They are calorie-dense and can be eaten in small quantities.
Crackers: Plain crackers are low in fiber and can be filling.
Cheese: Hard cheeses like cheddar can be easy on the stomach and donβt require refrigeration for short periods.
Protein Bars: Opt for bars that are low in fiber.
Dried Meat: Such as beef jerky, can be a good source of protein.
Nuts and Seeds: In moderation, these can be good sources of energy.
Bottled Water: Youβll need to stay hydrated, but since you mentioned you canβt pee very often, drink just enough to not feel thirsty.
Electrolyte packets or tablets: To keep your electrolyte balance in check without consuming too much liquid.

I just finished watched Alone: Australia, one guy didn't eat for over 20 days. Fasting may be a good option for avoiding needing to poo. I'd imagine you'd have to start that process maybe a day or two early. To get the best effect.
Absolutely. From the water fast I've read about after 3-5 days it gets much easier.
Eat carbs, drink Gatorade or Powerade and poop before hand. Bro whatever you're doing I expect an update post!
Get some mana or soilent, stuff like that.
You need to eat it before your journey as your bowels need to adapt, once it is good you will have one poop per week as there is not a lot of fibers in it.
It is cheap also. You got everything you need to be well.
