Yeah Zen is really nice, was going to try Arc one time but was immediately turned off by the account requirement.

To be completely honest I think most sane people are going to be okay if bluesky ends up as even a slightly better version of what Twitter was.

Of all the sources to use for accurate info on current events I'd say Reuters is probably one of the best. I'm not so naive as to think that these deals aren't basically just trying to stall any meaningful cases on the legality of these models though.

If nothing else though at least these companies get to be propped up for their work in a small way.

There's different feeds you subscribe to, and you can disable adult content.

Subscription services or software restricted features for cars should just be outlawed entirely.

Nobody likes these, if someone is willing to deal with a subscription product then they can do that aftermarket. The car itself should never come with something that will require recurring payments.

It just happens that in this case the incentives would align cause they're not paying for the toothpaste.

Mostly heart rate tracking and scheduling reminders so I don't forget things. Also good for step tracking and stuff, realistically I'll just get a Garmin next time cause I still want the long battery life and that's not really a thing with Android based smart watches.

I miss when the Galaxy Watch ran Tizen instead of Android. I still have the original Galaxy Watch and the battery life is just unbeatable. Likely because it's not constantly phoning home about the most benign metrics.

I didn't see it in the article, but doesn't Ireland have comically low tax rates to start with?

I like the concept and generally it works well, unfortunately I've had to disable it because of how sluggish it can make a lot of pages feel. The playlist view in particular becomes hard to use when the extension is enabled.

Hopefully they fix stuff like that longer term so I can turn it back on.
