each CPU core goes to >100% which is not good for the system for long periods of time

If you don't have effective cooling, maybe, but I've never heard of any reason to keep core utilization under any specific percentage. Are your temps an issue?

This is not exactly what you're talking about but it's close and actually is available on the web: check out the camera feeds from ISS. Pretty incredible to just watch the world literally go by.

I actually gave this a shot today and I really like it. I had issues with V2 I didn't care enough about to bother fixing but V3 worked fine and is actually easier.
