First time touching the game since a few weeks after initial release, and I really, really love that they introduced the "inner" versions of my two favourite bosses. I'm only at the second gauntlet as I haven't gotten the other ending yet but I love how the final boss of that gauntlet fucks my shit up. I can't tell of the new perilous attack at the beginning of the combo is a stab or sweep though? I'm sad there is no DLC (Tomoe~) but I'm quite happy with the free content update, I'm looking forward to unlock more stuff in the gauntlets. Did you do them? Was it challenging for you?

After some debating, I decided to turn it off. We'll see how it goes and decide if it makes sense to turn it back on.

After a good 20-30 tries I finally had him beat, but panicked when I didn’t get the kill prompt…tried going on his side without wanting to get too close to the cliff-no go. Set up the camera to record my bad luck only to catch the actual victory when I realized I wasn’t going to fall off by getting behind him entirely.Lesson learned? Never defeat a boss at the edge of a cliff.

It took weeks, a thousand YouTube guides and countless hours of defeat but I finally did it. At 2:45 on a Friday afternoon, I beat Isshin.I’m jet lagged, dejected from saying too much to a woman, and I feel behind in life, but I can say happily say that today, is a beautiful day.

I see a lot of people saying that Sekiro is the hardest game, but I had much more difficulty playing Bloodborne and Elden Ring. Is there someone else who agree?

I've tried to play sekiro three different times and each time I quit and frustration. After asking this community for help and watching some tips and video guides I think I'm starting to get the hang of it. This fight was incredibly fun and I still can't believe I beat him on my second try!

I may have done this a few weeks ago, but I had to step away from even looking at the game for a hot minute afterwards haha. I'm not a gamer. I've hardly played really anything, and almost never to completion. I bought this game in 2019 and got my shit wrecked, so I put it off until this summer, where now I'm retired and have nothing but time. It took me 7 playthroughs, 240 hours, and nearly 5 years to hit plat. I'm trying to do the gauntlets now. Sekiro has become my 2nd favorite game (RE4 is always number 1) and MAN. I just love it. This subreddit has helped me a bunch during my journey to Plat. Thank you guys.

I stealth kill him and then he does his attacks and I parry them but his posture goes away do quickly I don't know if I can't beat him like this
