For example, I had a private multireddit setup for keeping track of developments in Ukraine that included a number of unaffiliated subreddits. Does such a function exist in Lemmy? It can be public or private for my purposes.

It's a feature a lot of people want and if you give it a few months it'll probably appear. At the moment though the Devs are rushed off their feet making sure Lemmy works well at the scale it's suddenly got to.

Not quite the same thing but if you import all of your various feeds into an RSS reader, you could create lists/categories there.

Lemmy communities have an RSS feed linked from their front page, eg. for this community it is https://lemmy.ml/feeds/c/lemmy_support.xml?sort=Hot
