Awwww that fucking sucks, looks delicious.

Maybe try and pull what's left for some smoked chicken bone stock?

To quote Ramsey: damn, what a shame

The meat might be salvageable for a chicken salad type of thing. Won't be great, but edible and not bad is sometimes okay.

Can also pull the meat off the bone and soak it in some apple cider vinegar and see if it'll work that way. Again, won't be something amazing, but I've rescued meat that would otherwise be wasted that way. Sometimes, when the meat gets more dried than burnt, it can even end up good with a bit of moisture returned. It's usually a little chewy, but not too much.

Could always try adding it to some soup.

Due to only 2 pieces of chicken being burned to a crisp, I see nothing wrong here.

2 baking potatoes and one onion cubed, some bone broth, in a dutch oven. Put half a beer on that tin foil to capture everything you can off of that surface. It is the good stuff. Then pour that mix into the pot. Add some sugar, salt, and pepper, and then let it cook at 200F for several hours.

When you're done, use the juices after to make a sauce like BBQ or whatever. Add anything savory like Worcestershire and soy, plenty of sugar and garlic, and then use cornstarch to thicken it.
