I'm almost done with the rewatch. Tsuki, Owari, Koyomi and Zoku are the only ones left. After that I can finally start with the new stuff.

Finished Gleipnir. The final volume was lame as hell. Some real asspulls to attempt extra stakes, even though the stakes were already high. Really felt like padding. Sad to see it end like this.

! Ikeuchi as final boss was super lame. His motivations were incredibly weak and it was just so out of nowhere. He came across like a child throwing a temper tantrum. Trying to add emotional weight to Shuichi's and Claire's actions (guilt-tripping) was also unfair and I don't think that was on purpose, since no one rebuked it. Yes they killed people, but they didn't have much of a choice. Moreover, the entire thing was unnecessary. After defeating him, they did the same thing they were trying to do before he deus ex machina'd himself back into the manga. Killing off Elaina could've easily been done without this too, if that was the reason this was included. !<

Makes sense tbh. Should've been like that from the beginning imo, but they probably would've gotten shit for it as well because it'd take longer. Hopefully, this also explains the lack of a (UK) Bluray release as well.
It's going to be 25 episodes, according to AniList anyway. So 6 episodes in total (assuming episode 20 also counts as the same arc), which should be fine. It's more or less the same as the previous arcs.
Yeah, maybe I'll have to sail the seven seas. I'm completely willing to buy new volumes, but if they're no longer translating it, that makes it just a little bit difficult
Killing Bites has not had a new English TL volume release since a year ago. Anyone happen to know what's up with that? I can't find any updates from Medibang about it
Weird how Cover still seems to kinda ignore the European fans, among others, despite Kiara, Raora, Cecilia and Elizabeth (though I guess the UK is included) when communicating stuff. At least communicate this stuff properly.
