Requires the younger generation to actually show up to the elections and not be complete twats .
You can be a twat and vote regardless of age. Just look at anybody from the midlands who votes blue.
The point is that the most active voters are older ones and they are much more likely to vote conservatively than younger voters, who are more likely to vote progressively.
