A great Australian innovation. The Vanilla Slice. Custard sandwiched between pastry with icing on top.

Hahhaha man, not only have I not had one in years, it's been even longer since I have heard that term.... Now I'm keen to get one, cbf making my own, where do you get decent ones these days??
