I'd like to set limits on the clockspeed of my laptop for efficiency and to reduce heat and fan usage. Is there some way I can do this in AMD's Pstate-EPP driver?

Could you just switch to the power save profile?

I've done that, but I want to experiment with lower clocks. In the past, I've found efficiency gains by limiting clocks to 70 to 90 percent. I want to try this on my current laptop, and I really like Epp driver so I'd like to use it.

It is already set to the 'power' policy with the powersaving governor. Just want that last touch.
