Is there a trick or a twist to recipe I can use to keep baking while my oven is on repair? If no, do you have any good cookie or pastry recipe? As for cake, their are plenty of mugcake recipe on the internet.

I did some digging on the internet and it's not looking good for you

Best try for fully cooked : shape the dough into the shape of a cookie, then microwave for 30 seconds, microwaving for more small amounts of time if needed. People report leaving the dough in the microwave for a few minutes and catching fire

It might stink to hell

The best you could aim for is microwaving the dough for ~10 seconds and eating gooey warm cookie dough instead of trying to make an actual cookie
