I did some digging on the internet and it's not looking good for you
Best try for fully cooked : shape the dough into the shape of a cookie, then microwave for 30 seconds, microwaving for more small amounts of time if needed. People report leaving the dough in the microwave for a few minutes and catching fire
It might stink to hell
The best you could aim for is microwaving the dough for ~10 seconds and eating gooey warm cookie dough instead of trying to make an actual cookie
