Currently Final Fantasy XV, honestly I want to like this game but it feels like such a chore to play and it's really disheartening.

It has the spirit but honestly I am about to turn off the voices because they talk WAY too much and WAY too repetitively.

Also the side quests are way too unbalanced and the distance and time to take to go back and forth.

The day/night cycle is a bit intrusive though and it goes way too quickly imo.

The Chocobo riding is adorable and I love seeing "Con KWEH tulations!" as it makes me want to keep going.

It's my fourth time trying to play the game and I'm further than I was at Chapter 4, but I need something soon to keep me going.

The chocobo's may be the saving grace haha

The same thing was said about Microsoft when they released the Xbox as well when it was first announced

On the website it will show the date i believe it goes into effect after September 6, so now would be the time to stack time if that's what you're interested in

This is it right here, unrealistic pc expectations. The reviews also warn potential buyers unless you have a high end device avoid the game.

Yes, it was written before but story wise Orange Tree takes place after. I may have to reread it after Fallen Night just to have a new appreciation for how the characters came to be even though they are both considered Standalone books.

A Day Of Fallen Night by Samantha Shannon.

This is my second book I've read by her and the writing is just so freaking wonderful to trot through. She has such a way with words that really makes it comfortable to sit through a massive story. It's also great to see the beginnings of The story that comes after this one (Priory of the orange tree)

That's good to know, book 2 was a slump compared to the first but still enjoyable

Currently blasting through (because it's hard to put down) Qualityland by Marc Uwe Kling. A satirical but horrifying take on society that's fully dependent on algorithms. It follows a "useless" person around trying to seek meaning and the overt advertising throughout really feels too close to reality. It's a fun read I may finish in one day, it's well translated and a surprise to find in a dollar tree store.

I'm digging into my backlog! Currently experiencing DmC devil may cry for the first time. It's an interesting take and has shown me I need to practice more. Coming from playing mostly turn based games the amount of times I have said I'm going to give up on this was non zero. The aesthetics and the voice acting are superb and I'm a sucker for text so the text that is placed on the scenery as you go through really tickles my aesthetic sensory

Welp that's one way to clean up my digital footprint
