I know these sovereign citizen people exist, but sometimes when I read these things, I can't help but think somebody is just fan fic spoofing the whole thing. Like there can't really be anybody this delusional, right?

Back when I was a young man, I loved stupid conspiracies. I thought it was like the old nosleep on Reddit. Everyone who was saying these things were in on the joke and everyone who took it seriously and complained about it was just stupid.
I learned better. I was joking but a lot of people weren't. I realized one of my exes was a serious conspiracy theorist and not just playing along with me. It was a sad day.
A sad moment in my life was when I watched my beloved shit posting flat world Facebook group went from a place where we had debates using incredibly flimsy science about flat earth to real people not realizing it was a joke and taking it as fact.
The smirks and winks lead to shouting matches. Silly banter ended up being personal attacks and threats. The monthly "long rant" became daily.
The crazy conspiracy theorists folks won.
AndbThe "birds aren't real" folks are going to get it next.
And the scary thing is many of these flat earthers moved on to the Q world. It was like a gateway entrance to Qanon. Once you're going down the slippery slope territory...
When this nonsense points to the Jews every single time, you can't get all surprised when the cookers turn Nazi.
This is the conclusion I came to years ago being an edgelord. I used to make all sorts of off color, shit jokes to lampoon racists, sexists, etc. When I realized some people laughing were doing so for all the wrong reasons because it's actually been normalizing it... shit. Whoops

Maybe having the lender agree to an unsecured loan and release the lien upon them selling the car privately?
This way the lender gets more than they would at private auction and the borrow still owes them the balance (same as if it were repossessed and auctioned off)
negotiating a surrender of the vehicle and the balance still owed might have worked, but i doubt it would have been approved by the lender here. they know they're dealing with half a rotting brain cell with an empty wallet and no prospects. they'd rather start their well-tuned process to default the loan, recover and sell the car, bill the balance, and then either file for judgement/garnishment or sell it to a debt collector.
The strange thing is, now hear me out because it sounds crazy, banks will generally work with you on a debt repayment plan if you get behind on your bills if you actually talk to them instead of avoiding any financial responsibility for long periods of time. It's almost like they would rather have a mutually beneficial outcome. You would almost think that real humans with even a small amount of compassion run banks. Crazy, I know...
They want free stuff and don't want to pay for things. That's the entire depth of their statement. SovCits want to take advantage of the system and get away with it but they lack the money, knowledge, or understanding of the system they are fighting to actually get anywhere.
They want to know how to transfer a car from their corporate name to their natural name.
The loan is for their corporate self, so their natural self is not responsible. But the govt has taken money from them so they want the money they took under their corporate name transferred to their natural name,
Simple.
A loophole. A cheat code for real life. Any way to escape the inevitable consequences of their actions.
The fantasy world these dumbasses inhabit must be great. In it, you're just one argument away from having everything magically go in your favor.
