Is there one out there? The word "community" is no help on the searches I know of (https://lemmyverse.net/communities/ and https://browse.feddit.de/)

I recently caught one on a gay dating website and have put together the entire chat session where he is trying to scam a gift card. Trouble is, there's a lot of graphic sexual language.

I’m trying to find some communities with dark humor like the /r/imfinnagotohell subreddit but can’t find any. I found a dark humor one but it has almost nothing

Ideally one that is actually active. I’ve seen one or two that have basically zero posts.

Thanks!

Bought a new car and looking to discuss / share / get advice from people who have done basic car audio modifications such as adding subwoofer or replacing tweeters and seeing what they learned from it

I’ve recently been considering starting to sell artwork by request, but have never attempted before. Is there a community where I can ask questions about what may or may not be considered breaking copyright law such as fan art and the limitations, etc?

Photobiomodulation and Red Light Therapy Community : https://kbin.social/m/photobiomodulation/

I feel like this is a really obvious one, but I can't find it. Is there a community for requesting features and reporting bugs in Lemmy?

Hi,

Are there any active communities for home gym, weightlifting or strongman?

Attempting a cross post with this, I dont know if I did it right.

I am looking for a community that recommends purchases for items that last a long time, are durable, generally worth their money. For example clothing brands that avoid fast fashion, pots and pans that don't lose their coating after one year, things like that.

I am looking for a community where I can ask for reccomendations on the best software to do "x". Not sure what the best place to ask would be.

edit: I am using windows if there are any platform specific communities.

Hey all, but I've been enjoying browsing "local" in some of my instances and I'm looking to join a more specific example and was curious if there are any heavy motorsports related.

F1, imsa, wec, anything. I'm already subscribed to a bunch of those communities as well. I guess I'd have that as a discovery-type mechanic.

Bonus points, English-speaking Netherlands-ish instance

cheers.

This is an equivalent of r/Teachers but less centered around the USA. Join us!! :-)

BreadTube is a place to check out left videos, discuss content from creators, and share memes and ideas.

Another Reddit refugee here

As the title says I’m looking for a community that deals with (noob?) questions about Lemmy itself

Where someone completely out of the loop asks about some current affairs and people try to summarise what's going on.

For example, right now I'm seeing a few Hillary memes and have no idea if there is something going on about her. OutOfTheLoop would have been the place to ask

I know there is a blender community somewhere. But I'm looking for communities that also give advice and talk about other software- such as, but not limited to, Zbrush, Unreal Engine, Houdini, Autodesk whatever, 3DSMax, Nuke, Substance, etc etc etc.

I've seen people across the fediverse (especially beehaw) being supportive of Blender and Davinci Resolve but no instances or communities dedicated to the 3D industry and VFX at large.

Paranormal, ghost photos, stories, scary encounters, anything along those lines. I used to frequent CreepyAskReddit.

Does anybody know of an equivalent to /r/menslib? I think a strong egalitarian community for men could easily become a cornerstone of the threadiverse.

Any r/engineering students community somewhere in the fediverse?

As seen on kbin.social

Site that shows subreddits mapped to the fediverse

Why can I see [email protected] while anonymous on Jerboa, but can't find the community while signed in on lemmygrad or lemm.ee? Are there any other communities about the Sims (4), Rimworld or Stardew Valley I can access from Lemmygrad or should I make them myself (I don't think I'm actually mod material though)?
