I believe going off of what I see in the bottom left that the painting is probably post-2000 but I can't be sure. I can really feel the camaraderie of these two comrades.

Can any comrades help me identify these stickers?
I noticed them by my parents' house while walking the dog. They've been defaced enough that I can't even scan the QR codes, but maybe someone can still recognize them and identify the organization that might have designed them. It would just be interesting to know which group is posting in my hometown.
