Homemade Rocky Road Ice Cream!

Been making ice cream at home. After banana, it was rocky road ice cream. No tree nuts though, family member is allergic, so peanuts, mini marshmallows, and mini m&ms instead!
Does this recipe using egg or condensed milk? That looks really good!
No eggs, no condensed milk!
Milk, chocolate chips, sugar, salt, whipping cream, half and half, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, mini m&ms, and peanuts.
Usually it has tree nuts, but allergies.
What type of machine did you use?
An old fashioned looking one with wood panels that uses a motor but also lots of ice. Unsure the name, sorry!
