"all of which are currently in service" you mean like T54s? Saying that is absurd, even if you talk about Russia specifically. T34s are used elsewhere, let's see when Russia starts fielding them.

yeah russia's ability to send mid-20th century mbt's to ukraine for scrapping by drone has been wild.

my fav is the turtle cage, the gigantic boxes of welded metal where the turret can't move and they don't even provide the gun with ammo, just use it as some kind of giant shit troop transport.

I know russia uses blocking units to keep their forces from retreating but they also must have some kind of prodding battalions just to get these poor shitbags to the front line in the first place, there's no fucking way I'd hop on a chinese quad or ride some battery powered scooter into combat but we're seeing it every fucking day.

There are no blocking units. POWs do not talk about that. There is one sketchy video. It is not real. They really want to fight this war, based on their indoctrination and upbringing, thinking how much better they are and how Ukrainians and everyone else is below them and they deserve everything.

Even during the battle for Stalingrad, when it was actually used/invented, was it not used in the way people portray it in the current war.

You seem to thinking I somehow like or whatever Russia? I am saying this so people remember that most are there for the money, not because someone forces them. Stop letting them off the hook, blaming someone else.

you asserted complete and utter bullshit that was easily verifiably false. I don't know what your deal is, but when you walk up and start saying 'nah the russians ain't that bad' you're fuckin sus in my book hoss.

I am saying this so people remember that most are there for the money, not because someone forces them. Stop letting them off the hook, blaming someone else.

yeah like the migrants the russians kidnap and force to the front, they're in it for the money?

putin is evil. russia is evil. trying to ascribe rational thoughts to an adversary reduced to throwing meat waves, whos only advances come through absolute destruction of the cities they claim to capture, its a fool's errand. no troop who walks behind you and shoots the deserters is your friend.
