Personally I think it would be a bad choice. The pressure at Aston will be tremendous because Lawrence will is law. That said, Adrian is always looking for nice challenges, but Lawrence will be ruthless enough if it doesn't go to his satisfaction, that Adrian's carreer may end on a low.
Ofc this is speculative and only based on my impression of Lawrence, and I hope I am totally wrong about It because Adrian deserves to end on a high.
I don't think anyone can really put pressure on Newey. He's the best, everyone knows he's the best, and he can just retire any time he wants. He's joining your team entirely on his terms just because he loves designing cars, Daddy Stroll is hopefully clever enough to just throw him money and let him do his thing!
