Found it.

If I understand it correctly the rats wearing underpants had more sex than the control group, but the ones wearing polyester or polyester mix ones often couldn't finish the job, because the polyester built up static electricity and they got zapped while in the act, which tends to ruin the mood if you're not into that kind of thing (which apparently most of the rats weren't).

No static electricity buildup, somewhat more horny rats, if I read it correctly.
