If I was still doing relationships I'd probably do it, but that's obviously very permanent.

Vasectomies are not permanent, they can be undone

Edit: After some more reading on the subject it appears they are much less reversible than I had thought

Reversal surgery has a 30% succes rate, so doing count on it.
