Tonight a friend gave me a guild of 50ish people on Wild Rift and I thought I might as well type this tonight. I am attracted to power, have become good with it, and the upcoming Mod opening here appeals to me. I am on the correct side of the pond and have no problem doing the work. Here's my resume.
When I was like 12, World of Warcraft came out and I looked up some latin and started the guild Intemptesta Nox. So after school I would go home to lead my 70ish people as a tiny kid. I have since basically been attracted to online leadership positions. I learned to not give personal info online, to be impartial and kind even with those I dislike, and to grow wherever I am. I have had numerous guilds in numerous games and right now my most comparable position is the creator of the Casual Perchance forum for Perchance's AI Art and hoster of Perchance's monthly art tourney which is very similar to this one.
I have no problem communicating respectfully but sternly with people who, for example, are posting nudity where they are not supposed to.
My three favorite MLP ponies are Celestia, Twilight, and Starlight ~Celestia and Twilight being enlightened rulers while Starlight is extremely powerhungry but a protagonist and becomes the school counselor.
This is one of the few places I frequent and I am a mod or leader everywhere else I am in my normal day as of tonight. So please consider me for Mod. I make my own schedule and, as mod will browse daily and will happily do any of the effort required any time day or night. Thank you.
we seem to be in good terms now but i remember your first weeks on this community and how you targeted me for cheating on weekly challenges. Those comments, understandably, make me think that you're not fit to be a moderator.

understandable. Had nothing to do with cheating. You attacked me so I attacked you. I can be vicious when I have no connection to a place. It has to do with responsibility. I will still to this day lash back if attacked and have no problem posting controversial things. Right now, just like back then, I can do anything I want without it reflecting poorly on this place. And maybe that freedom is nice to keep. :)
tho I still consider being a mod and having the responsibility instead of the freedom better.

was definitely a rocky entrance and felt like I had to stand up for myself and looking back at this is cute from the week after that.
but indeed right then is where all my submissions stopped getting downvoted every week and since then not a single hostile word toward me from anyone ~and that was 7 months ago.
Sorry if you weren't a badguy. No regrets here tho since all hostility did cease, which was needed for it to be a healthy environment.
Looking back, I now no longer say that's an understandable reason to not want me to be mod. I understand your personal feelings wanting me to not be mod since we were opposing. But there was constant hostility toward me until I stopped it, which I did by successfully standing up for myself (not now saying you were the aggressor) and it was followed by seven months of no longer my submissions downvoted every week nor hostility. So I disagree and believe that having to put my hoof down at the start is essentially over and irrelevant for all the months following and mod.
Wading into the fray here, but is that screenshot supposed to show an attack? I don't see anything there. Also looking at your history I don't see anything.

don't worry about it. When I got here merde was verbally assaulting me as, if you stay a while, you will see he does to others, and every time he would submit his weekly entry, right then mine would get a downvote and be, with moopoos, the only downvoted entry. It is called bullying and, unlike the rikudoosage guy who deleted his post and stopped posting recently when merde attacked him instead of merde convey himself politely, I struck back, leadership became involved, and that screenshot is my first submission that was not instantly downvoted when merde posted his each week. Yeah my history shouldn't show anything because that was ancient and I thought over. Apparently not tho and requires blocking because I don't come here to fight. This is also the last I will talk about him so don't worry if you don't understand; it's just 'he said she said' from your perspective. just look back on this when you see him attack someone. I'm the one that lived.
Anyway, i played a game the other night where someone was all in to infighting, so I blocked them, again the energy was good, was able to do a surprise victory, and even the blocked guy gave me a thumbs up afterward. I can't stand bullying and, if anything, the main issue I see with myself as mod is I would be overprotective, which is why my areas are places of peace where no one is attacked. Can't stand it. So blocked, now the environment is a little brighter, and here's to another 7 months of peace :)

no. you are the only aggressive person in this community, were that way toward me until that, and I am amazed you are trying to start stuff again. At this point no. I am blocking you and contacting a mod. When you start downvoting all my submissions again we will all know it's you.

the point is, like i wrote back then when i reported you for targeting me, admins on lemmy are able to see who downvotes what. And they already knew that your claims were baseless.
