I've tried googling and found Tibio and Mini Moods, but I need to export all data to present to a nurse on a monthly basis with a few written notes here and there. Tibio allows notes, but no export, Mini Moods is the opposite.

Given that I've never been too comfortable writing any mental health stuff anywhere for fear of others reading it, I'm wary of any apps snooping on this data.

Does anyone know of any other options?

I don't know about such apps, but maybe a more general app would do too. What functions do you need (other than what you mentioned in the post)?

What do you think about a spreadsheet app? Or maybe a notes app like Markor? Markor basically stores everything in a markdown file.

So what I have been doing on pen and paper (that I want to turn digital) is noting what I have done morning, afternoon and evening and my mood at each time out of 10. It's not super complicated I guess. Although I don't use it for the same purpose, I think the technique is called behavioural activation.

The reason an an app called daylio (not OSS) was recommended to me is because it also scheduled push notifications to submit entries at those times. With just a calendar event, I will get distracted and end up neglecting it, because even though the steps are simple, tapping to fill it in right away increases the chance instead of navigating.

Other than that key aspect yeah I'd say some kind of spreadsheet/CSV format could work well.

You could try out Notion! You could do all sorts of stuff and it's able to send notificactions reminders.

The only 2 gripes I have with it: it does not store data locally (i.e. no network - no Notion), and the notes are not encrypted. Other than that, it's an amazing piece of software
