My condolences to the 66, but I gotta say:

Seattle's Hard Rock Cafe was located mere footsteps from Pike Place Market, and always kicked the Market's vibe in the nuts. Next to go, I hope, is the frickin' Target across the street. Such abominations should never have been allowed at the Market.

Not pretty to look at, but I've never felt unsafe downtown. Then again, I'm male and big.

I don't Uber, so wouldn't know. It's no extra charge on my ORCA Card.

Metro is far safer than driving. Fewer worries, too. Random strangers' vomit on the seat only adds to the charm.
