I copied the description from the source. I've deleted it to avoid confusion. ВСУ means AFU, Armed Forces of Ukraine. I think PC30 refers to GMLRS.

ВСУ is actually VSU (or WSU for Germans), but it does mean Armed Forces of Ukraine
