Cheap Chinese exports of green energy technology are threatening the electric vehicle and solar sectors that the United States has been trying to develop, and the Biden administration is prepared to protect them.

Eh, I'd prefer if everyone was transitioning to better energy sources and technology. There are a lot of developing nations that would benefit from cheaper options, and it would help if these "cheap exports" could support them?

Unless I'm misunderstanding something

Yeah, for a second there I was worried the United States government was putting something else ahead of the protection of capital.
