Fantasy RPG for Android, free on Google Play. No IAPs, ads, or tracking, so it gets it's own post!

Romopolis, by the same developer, is also free right now. It's usually $4.49 according to the Play Store page.

Romopolis is also free in iOS, but Hero of the Kingdom is not.
