it was probably Kirby and the Forgotten Land a few months ago lol. I feel like I need to put in more hours gaming. I struggle to complete my games partly due to not enough hours playing, and partly because I jump between games.

Don't often finish games these days. Usually burn out on them.
The outer worlds, though I sorta skipped some of the dlc.

The Case of the Golden Idol. Incredible game, short as well. Such a satisfying story to solve. If you want to play a game that scratches a similar itch to The Return of the Ones Dinn, this can do that.
Budget Cuts Ultimate. It was a first playthrough since I never played the original release. I liked the story and that they combined both Budget Cuts 1&2 so it felt like a full game. I tend not to finish games unless I get hooked so it was nice to finally complete one. I also don't replay games once I beat the main story so I've been running around Zelda Totk avoiding the final battle lol.
