I think "head cleaner" is pretty self explanatory
I don't think so. It requires at least some inherent knowledge of tape decks, that they have "head" readers and that those need cleaning.

yeah I heard this album, it's ok but personally I just think CD Laser Lens Cleaner has elevated the genre further

If you didn’t play this tape on both sides in both decks. You’re pirated copies would sound worse and worse.
