How can Piastri's tires be one lap older than Max's, didn't they pit on the same lap?

Norris was nowhere in the wet, while George and Max were wearing out their tires battling each other Norris could save his.

So rain will arrive just as they've worn down the entire tread. Too bad we didn't see anyone gamble for slicks, if the rain isn't too intense maybe softs would be able to handle it.
When the track dries up a bit more, max could be in trouble.
I wouldn't be so sure. I think Norris lost a lot of pace after his last pit.
We will see.
