When creating an image post, the post text is white. It's not like this when creating a text post. I've tried changing a bunch of settings where I'm using white, but I just can't find this one. Any ideas?

Hmmm on my themes i don't even have any white (#FFFFFF) color, but the text on create image post is also white!

That is a bug.

Also tested with 'Infinity for Reddit', but it doesn't allow text on image posts.

EDIT: That also happens with link posts

Based on your description, it seems the theme isn't applied to these elements in the PostImage and PostLink activities. They didn't have that text box there, so I think I forgot to do that. 😅

I was about to create a bug report about it, but yes, PostImage and PostLink 'Primary Text Color' aren't applied on text field
