I track some of my habits, and I have an illness which symptoms show up between 1 month and a year frequency and I used to forgot when it was the last time. I also track my shaving habits, but it's not as frequent as OP:)

I use Loop Habit Tracker, it's foss and on fdroid:

Some years ago I tracked my weight, but it was too depressing, so I stopped. There is also a good foss app for that, Waistline: https://f-droid.org/packages/com.waist.line/

No. But what is the washing machine part about?

Is it how many washes you run it for in a day? Or something else? Because that part just says number of washing machines ler day and that just makes no sense.

I was intrigued too, it's literally the number of time per day I start a washing machine. The washing machine is set for a maximum of 8 kg ~ 17 lb per load

It is indeed not mine, the author had some additional info

Okay but the phrasing on that is utter bollocks. Anything else would be better. It's like me making a chart and putting in a section named number of glasses.

Does that mean number of glasses of water drunk, number of glasses cleaned, broken and this goes on. Sure it's not that confusing with a washing machine but still. Should have been number of clothes washes in the first place.

Not me, just my moods.
