It's incredible how many people waste time walking in many situations where you could just fall.

[–] [email protected] 36 points 1 year ago

This should be in one of those grindset tip videos.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 year ago

Life hack: never walk when you can use gravity to get there faster.

[–] [email protected] 30 points 1 year ago (1 children)

That looks potentially survivable. Where do I sign?

[–] [email protected] 22 points 1 year ago

Well, first on these twelve waivers.

Imagine that hike back up after a full day of swimming and beach fun. I'd be sleeping at the bottom and attempting it in the morning.

Or after a few beach drinks

When you walking down the steps and the LiveLeak logo appears

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago

"Pretty sure if I move down those treacherous stairs fast enough I'll outrun this logo"

[–] [email protected] 21 points 1 year ago (2 children)

drop some water on there and turn it into a water slide

[–] [email protected] 10 points 1 year ago (1 children)

String a dozen slipe-n-slides together and you're good

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 year ago

This is good advice in many areas of life

Anyone else try to use a mattress to go down stairs? It would never work as well as it felt like it should. Darn friction and carpeted houses from the 90s.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Yes, but then you had those stairs that weren't and some body was creating a hole in drywall

If anyone’s wondering where this is, it’s the top of Jacob’s Ladder in Jamestown, St Helena.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 year ago (1 children)

5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes from the beach. That's a serious trek.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 year ago (1 children)

It's also somehow located in the middle of the Amazon river, already flooded, and selling for $500k USD.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 1 year ago

Damn, that's a pretty good deal, got a link?

The cliff is sloping but it’s fine, just turn into a goldfish halfway through. You’ll make it. We’re gods.

Imagine carrying your groceries from Costco... it's going to take a couple of trips honey.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 year ago (3 children)

Instead of bulk buying from Costco, if possible support a locally ownedgrocery store and make smaller walkable/bikeable trips, not only better environmentally but better for your local economy (and possibly healthier)

Like in the GameCube Sonic games?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago

House I grew up in had stairs up to the porch that was like 6ft up/down distance. Would not recommend. Especially in places were ice and snow are a thing.

RIP to any unfortunate door dashers

If you grind down that you get the top score. A whole game of Tony Hawks HORSE worth. Just remember to wear a helmet, don't want to get hurt

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

But remember to ollie a few times on the way down for the multiplier

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago

It's a little risky but for double the points you'd be a fool not to
