Still recovering from an ear and chest infection. Just finished my course of antibiotics so only upwards from here right?!

...Right?

Long day at work though. Full day workshop and people were starting to wane by about lunch time. Got home, had a nap, just finished some online gaming with friends and will probably crash soon.

Very much looking forward to the weekend.

Personally if I was running a hotel I would not torture my guests with outdoor white lighting as strong as the sun, and curtains with an immeasurable amount of light gaps.

Chump chops are my favorite. Easy to cook, rich in lamb flavour. Convince me different.

I wish I was rich. Not even to buy status symbol bullshit or luxuries. I’d sort basic needs for myself and my pet, get in a more stable position from scrambling for survival and then help others. Fucking fund food relief, accommodation, DV resources and animal shelters.

The conditions that have been created through greed are shameful in an affluent first world country (and unfortunately I’m not currently able to do much)

Note to self: Iced Coffee doesn't mean Iced Latte at US Starbucks. Iced Coffee is black coffee, iced.

My boss is being a real piece of work today. They're coming at me like where's this, where's that, why did you do this (assuming what I did was wrong). Can you possibly just trust for one moment that I know what I am doing and the tasks on my plate are under control? It's the assuming that I always get it wrong or have missed something until convinced otherwise that really grates on me.

Hard relate. Is your boss normally like that?

When the day has me broken and beat, I listen to Nickel Creek and all worries melt away.

Who knew a guitar, a mandolin, and a violin could sound so damn good 😍

Cat TMI

Poor Melbcat is still in difficulty. Tomorrow morning she’s got a date with the vet, getting put under anaesthetic so they can clear the problem.
