Hi everyone, I got a lemmy account and a kbin account while deciding what i like best. Since I'm new to this i'm having trouble searching and "subscribing" lemmy communities while on kbin, and vicever (kbin.social)

@oxydot Thank you! I was having this same issue and just thought I accidentally took stupid pills. I followed directions from several different posts with no luck.

@oxydot Currently federation is having issues because of the Cloudflare protection that admin turned on. The site was getting bogged down with traffic so he turned that on to ease things on the server, but it has the side effect of stopping federation because of the captcha. It should start working later when he is able to turn off the Cloudflare protection. :)
