Was farming some SCs for the upcoming warbond and noticed this flaming ball in space. It's the second time i've seen it.
Pls tell me i'm stupid or something but I just simply can't shrug it off.
The artifacts in the fireball seem to imply it might be a bug (possibly assets for a falling down hellpod) but would be happy to be wrong :)
Why do you complete missions if you’re sc farming?
Because I'm doing my part, even if it's trivial ;) And they fixed the resets.

I can only see your cruiser, maybe it's other players' cruisers blowing up and the explosion are still visible on this screen, but not the ships.
Nah, it's constant, not changing in shape and looks different than the cruiser explosion. The nearest effect are the flames of the drop pods from above but the flames and size don't match up.
maybe someone just launched a nuke?
It looks pretty far away, way outside the orbit. The first time I've seen it, was when I joined a buddy (scene, where the destroyer jumps to the group). It feels out of place...
