Someone tell (neo)libs (or whatever most non-progressive, dem voters should be called) about this seemingly inconcevable achievement! They all seem to think "prices going down is a bad thing!" is a legit good answer to struggling working class folks begging for relief from inflation

It's like once some of us learn deflation is bad, we just want to show everyone we understand economics or something instead of saying you're damn right to be pissed and pivoting immediately to the only obvious solution: higher freakin wages!

That’s nice. Could I have some of these increased wages that you speak of? Because I’m pretty sure my weekly shop is going to bankrupt me before the year is through.

If this were the good news the guardian seems to claim it is, so many Australians would not still be struggling.
