Apparently the 4th ref was subbed in for him. And then that ref was replaced by another one a few minutes later.
All this info is from the reddit thread where I found the vid.
Thanks for sharing! Forgot to look this up, tuned into the match late. That was a brutal hit. First time I see a ref injured.
They announced later in the match that he was okay.
