I spent a few weeks on California for a friend's wedding. Was bracing myself for bud light but it was just dirt cheap 7% IPAs and legal weed the whole trip. Was stoked. (From New Zealand)

Yeah, that was a broad statement, but some microbrews are decent. I can’t speak for IPAs because they’re not my taste, generally. I’m glad you enjoyed yourself!

Hops have moved climate regions a number of times. I imagine they'll just start growing them where they are going to be more profitable than other crops, just like whenever they moved to the current regions.
