I appreciate how much kinetic energy this picture has, one can almost feel the inertia of the humanoid propelling out of the water. The perfectly chosen colour palette, it´s balanced composition and of course the clear lines, show off the skills of a master.

I like it! The composition as well as the colour palette (especially the orange sky!) reminds me a lot of The Great Wave off Kanagawa.

Seriously though, I see what you mean, how the skies in both pictures fade from bright yellow towards white is really quite similar.

There's a song by Siamés called Mr. Fear and this reminds me so much of the music video. The colors and shape language are fantastic.
