Thanks for all the Moebius art. I can't put into words what fascinates me about them. The composition is often so extraordinary. It also reminds me of watching Herrscher der Zeit on TV on a Sunday morning long ago.

i watched a preview and that looks very interesting
i see there's a dubbed version of the movie on youtube, but any idea if there's a version with english subtitles on the internet?
I haven't found one yet. I just watched a German version when I was a kid. But it could be possible that you find the subtitles as a separate file.
Gern geschehen, freut mich das dir meine Beiträge gefallen. Es gibt Bilder von Giraud, die so schön sind das einem die Worte fehlen. Herrscher der Zeit kannte ich übrigens noch nicht.
Das finde ich auch. Selbst in Geschichten die ansonsten karg oder eher brutal sind findet man immer wieder ganze Seiten die einen echt packen.
Empfinde ich auch so, ganz besonders bei den Kollaborationen mit Jodorowsky wird durch den krassen Kontrast zwischen Hässlichkeit / Gewalt auf der einen und Schönheit / Zartheit auf der anderen Seite eine besondere Spannung und Tiefe erreicht.
Das muss ich mir merken. Das stimmt total.
