- Discussions regarding medication are allowed as long as you are describing your own situation and not telling others what to do (only qualified medical practitioners can prescribe medication).

- Welcoming and accepting attitudes.
- Questions on confusing situations.
- Seeking and sharing support.
- Engagement in our values.

@Zardoz I wasn’t ready for this! The pressure of my phone and constant expectation of social media has created a self isolation effect. For me its part of the appeal of these communities imo. Interaction without as much pressure.
I have the opposite issue. I type exactly what I want to say, get distracted, then never send it. "Why didn't you reply to me?" "I did. Oh.. I never hit send.."
Can't you ask somebody?
