Bug report: cannot load an instance if a different one fails to load (lemmy.world)

I've tried this four times now, after I noticed it initially, for a total of five times

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load an instance that is down (I imagine using a bogus instance to force a failure would work too)
  2. Try to load a different instance that you know is online
  3. This, and any other instances, will not load until you restart the app

To add, this also affects the "everything" feed - if one instance is down it will never successfully load
